Sarah E. Topham, CPA
Sarah brings nearly two decades of experience across accounting, private banking,
corporate finance, operations, and private equity. Her background as a finance executive
and operator provides a valuable perspective on businesses and the financial and
operational infrastructure that supports growth.
Sarah joined Holt Capital after serving as Vice President of Finance at LKCM Headwater
Investments, where she worked across fund finance, treasury, portfolio management,
and governance. She also led efforts to improve internal processes, systems, and
efficiency.
Prior to LKCM Headwater, Sarah served as Chief Financial Officer at SmartLift Solutions, LLC, Controller at Terrace Energy, LLC, Banker Associate at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, and Assurance Services Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP.
Sarah graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy. While at Arkansas, she was an NCAA Division I pitcher for the softball team. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and serves as an Associate Board Member of the Jane and John Justin Foundation.
